The Allied Hands Difference

The number one priority we have is to ensure our customers retain their dignity, their personality, and their personhood. We pride ourselves on delivering a higher standard of care, and that includes taking the extra time to get to know each of our customers.

All of our wellbeing workers are trained professionals, completely dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. We know that each day is different, so if there’s a request for us to get some milk from the shop or handle challenging behaviour from a dementia patient, we do it.

We slow things down. Rather than rushing to get to our next appointment, we build flexibility into our schedules. This way, we can give you more when you need it.

And we recognise the human need for connection. That’s why we provide a close-knit team of wellbeing workers rather than a revolving-door of different carers at each visit.

This way, we develop strong relationships with the people we look after.

We pride ourselves in identifying and acting upon the small yet important changes in a person’s wellbeing and we always take prompt action. We are completely flexible, giving you and your family peace of mind.
